Abstract
CMOS integrated silicon nanophotonics allows ultra-dense monolithic single-chip integration of optical and electrical functions. This technology can enable future Exa-scale supercomputers by connecting racks, modules, and chips together with ultra-low power massively parallel optical interconnects.
