Enhancing Stimulated Brillouin Scattering in a Three-core Tellurite Microstructured Optical Fiber

Abstract

We present a numerical investigation on Stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) properties in three-core tellurite microstructured optical fiber (MOF). The results show that the SBS in this fiber is much stronger than that in the single-core tellurite MOF.
