Few-cycle pulses measured in the spatiotemporal domain

Abstract

Few-cycle pulses (~8 fs) from an oscillator were spatiotemporally characterized with STARFISH. The reference pulse was calibrated with the d-scan technique. The evolution of the focused pulses after an off-axis parabolic mirror was studied in detail.
