RESONANCE RAMAN SPECTROSCOPY IN TWISTED BILAYER GRAPHENE

Abstract

An increasing number of studies have been dedicated to twisted bilayer graphenes (TBG), since their optical and electronic properties are strongly dependent on the twisting angle. Resonant Raman spectroscopy(RRS) has been show as a powerful tool to analysis nanocarbon systems, like carbon nanotubes in special to study optical transitions. Because of that we used RRS to investigate TBG, and information about the twisting angle can be obtained from different Raman features.
