A novel technique to study energy-dependent photoemission delays in solids with attosecond resolution

Abstract

For the first time we extended the RABBITT technique to condensed matter. Simultaneous measurement with a reference argon target allowed us to resolve photoemission delays in noble metals. The results show attosecond dynamics beyond transport.
