A new moderate-spectral-resolution (1 cm<sup>-1</sup>) atmospheric transmittance model based on the LBLRTM covering wavenumber from 1 to 25000 cm<sup>-1 </sup>is reported. The model can be used to accurately and efficiently compute atmospheric spectral transmittance.
