Abstract

Micromirrors arrays can correct residual wavefront aberrations in certain optical systems. The ability to correct Zernike aberrations using arrays of piston-only and arrays of piston-tip-tilt micromirror arrays are compared. Our micromirror fabrication program is discussed.
