Optical Design of an Optical Coherence Tomography and Multispectral Fluorescence Imaging Endoscope to detect Early Stage Ovarian Cancer

Abstract

Six optical subsystems with independent specifications are combined to create a 600µm diameter, Optical Coherence Tomography and Multispectral Fluorescence Imaging endoscope for minimally invasive, early stage ovarian cancer screening in the fallopian tube and ovary.
