Abstract
Broadband high-resolution micro-objectives for optical biopsy techniques benefit from gradient-index lenses, decreasing manufacturing sensitivity, and improving performance. Achromatization is achieved with fewer elements as gradient-index lenses can replace homogeneous doublets or triplets.
