A Wavelength Division Demultiplexer Using T-shaped Channel-drop Filters Based on Heterostructure Photonic Crystals with Three Outputs

Abstract

In this paper, we demonstrate a new type of photonic crystal wavelength division demultiplexing based on ring resonator; FDTD method concludes output efficiency above 94%. The structure contains two different values of dielectric constant (Heterostructure).
