Abstract

We introduce the numerical analysis of the temperature stability of a single-arm microring that has a MOS rib-waveguide cross-section with 25.5?m outer radius. The temperature coefficient of the resonant wavelength was found to be 0.088nm/<sup>0</sup>C.
