Advanced Quantum Light Sources: Modelling and Realization by Deterministic Nanofabrication Technologies

Abstract

We present the modelling and realization of deterministic quantum-light sources with enhanced photon extraction efficiency. The devices are based on single quantum dots being integrated into microlenses by means of in-situ electron-beam lithography.
