Abstract

We measure 150 fs time-resolved 800 nm pump/ 1300 nm probe differential reflectivity and transmissivity of graphitic samples, ranging from one (graphene) to >100 layers (graphite). Carrier cooling kinetics vary gradually with number of layers.
