Abstract
We investigated a method to quantify the concentrations of chromophores in tissue from digital RGB images that is specifically developed for functional imaging of biological tissue. In vivo experiments with the human skin tissue during blood flow occlusion and after UV irradiation demonstrated the ability of the method to evaluate physiological reactions of tissues.
