Scan Linearization for Resonant Optomechanical Systems

Abstract

Optomechanical characteristics of spiral scanning, Lissajous, and mixed resonant beam scanning systems are reviewed. An optical design for a scan lens that linearizes a fixed amplitude resonant beam scan is presented.
