Abstract

As well as advantage of data protection from thermal instability, contamination and mechanical disturbance such as scratches or shock, inside near field recording has prominent technology for multi-layer recording for ultra high data capacity. In this paper, we suggest novel inside near-field dual layer recording concept using elliptic shape solid immersion lens (ESIL).
