Measurements of laser-induced carbon plasma

Abstract

We report measurements of time-averaged emission spectra following laser-induced breakdown of graphite in CO2 and helium background gases, and of allene C3H4 and helium mixtures with prominent C+, C++, Hβ and C2 features.
