Abstract

Many fluorescence-based diagnostic methods rely on antigen-antibody complexes detection. Specificity, stability, emission efficiency, and Stokes shift are features of interest. This work presents results on a molecule, Lapps34m, emerging as a new fluorophore for biosensing.
