Photorefractive reflection holography compound microscope for MEMS characterization

Abstract

This work describes a reflection holography microscope setup based on sillenite photorefractive crystals and illuminated by a diode laser. The resulting compound microscope has shown to be suitable for MEMs characterization through holographic interferometry.
