Expanded Bezier basis function to provide continuity and interpolation in 3D surface modeling

Abstract

A new surface modeling is proposed to supply interpolation and continuity via expanded Bezier basis and laser scanning. This 3D model is generated via virtual points and Pascal triangle to improve accuracy, sped, and memory size of traditional models.
