Analytical Multi-Modal Non-Linear Optics Biophotonic Platform to observe Single Cell Processes Resolved in Space, Time and Spectrally

Abstract

We will show an analytical multimodal platform including FLIM, FRET, FCS, SHG/THG, CARS, Raman, optical tweezers and AFM tip-enhancement techniques to observe single cell/molecule processes in real time from room temperature down to 10K. Article not available.
