Two shots phase shifting interferometry for slope measurements of non-birefringent transmissive phase samples

Abstract

We present a two-step phase-shifting interferometer based on two-coupled interferometers for measurements of phase objects. In order to present the capabilities of the system, the results obtained for slope measurements are presented.
