Random Laser Action in Dye Doped-films Deposited on Ga2O3 Arranged in a Sea Urchin-like Nanostructures

Abstract

We demonstrate random laser action in a system consisting of PVA films containing rhodamine 6G deposited on Ga2O3 nanowires arranged in sea urchin-like nanostructures on a Ga2O3 microstructure grown on silicon substrates using a modified MOCVD based route.
