Abstract

We analyze nonlinear absorption of laser pulse energy in femtosecond microfabrication in the range of transparent materials experimentally theoretically, and numerically. Analytic dependencies of absorbed energy versus input energy are derived in low absorption limit. Numerical simulations are performed to justify theoretical findings.
