Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy Analysis of Cell Components

Abstract

Surface-Enhanced Raman spectroscopy signatures of living intact HeLa cervical cancerous cells and mixture of HeLa cellular organelles are compared. Preliminary data demonstrates that distinct differences between intact cells and mixtures of organelles can be detected.
