Coherent aspects of energy transfer dynamics in conjugated polymers

Abstract

Electronic energy transfer is a fundamental process occurring in conjugated polymers subsequent to exciton formation. We report how structural disorder and electronic coupling among conformational subunits conspire to cause coherent effects in ultrafast energy transfer.
