Mapping of nutrition elements and heavy metals in plant tissue slices by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy

Abstract

Double pulse LIBS was utilized for mapping the nutrition elements and the accumulation of the heavy metals in a plant tissue slices. Elemental maps obtained by this technique were compared with images from fluorescence microscopy.
