Silicon-Coated Deep Subwavelength Spoof Plasmonic Waveguides for THz Applications

Abstract

We numerically study the propagation of THz waves in spoof plasmonic devices, and show the possibility of using high-index top-coat material to further shrink the relative mode size for deep-subwavelength mode confinement.
