Photoluminescence properties of Eu doped zinc oxide films prepared by sol-gel method

Abstract

Undoped and 5at% Eu doped ZnO films were prepared by the sol-gel process using the spin-coating method. The films were analyzed by XRD. Photoluminescence spectra of the films were characterized at room temperature and 12K.
