Geiger-mode APD cameras for 3D LADAR imaging

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We describe recent results and a longer term roadmap for single-photon sensitive Geiger-mode avalanche diode cameras. These cameras employ time-of-flight measurements at every pixel to generate point cloud data for 3D imaging LADAR systems. Article not available.
