Supercontinuum with 10Db bandwidth over 400nm and a novel multicarrier source with more than 1800 usable channels, uniform spacing of 25GHz based on a 3mm silicon photonic wire are introduced.Simulation shows that well meets the requirements of ultradense wavelength-division multiplexing.
