Quantitative Analysis of Amino Acids based on Scattering mitigated THz Absorption Spectra

Abstract

Obtaining accurate terahertz absorption spectra is critical to quantitative analysis. By correcting the spectra of amino acids using Kaushik’s approach, the accuracy of calculated component concentrations of a mixture sample was improved.
