Superradiance and mesoscopic transport of diffusing photons in cold atoms

Abstract

Effects of superradiance and angular correlations of speckle patterns resulting from transport of diffusing as well as nearly localized photons in cold atomic gases are studied. Those are new mesoscopic effects.
