Guided-mode resonance elements fabricated by microcontact printing method

Abstract

Guided-mode resonance devices fabricated by microcontact printing methods are described. This fabrication process using elastomeric molds and UV curable polymers is simple and cost-effective. Initial results provide resonant elements useful in sensor applications.
