We experimentally demonstrate concatenated 4-fold 40-Gbit/s signal multicasting, 4-fold 40-to-160-Gbit/s multiplexing and subsequent 160-to-40-Gbit/s demultiplexing based on supercontinuum generation and XPM in highly-nonlinear fibers. 5-9dB penalty at 10<sup>-9</sup>BER was observed after the nonlinear processes.
