Enhanced Self-Coherent OFDM by the Use of Injection Locked Laser

Abstract

An injection-locked laser based pilot carrier enhancement technique is proposed for self-coherent OFDM. An improvement of 2.2 dB is observed when compared to Fabry-Perot filter based self-coherent OFDM.
