Abstract

G-PON interoperability is becoming a reality, a certification program has just been launched during ITU-T Telecom World in October 2011 by Broadband Forum in coordination with ITU-T and FSAN. The goal of the presentation is to describe the different actions that have been necessary to reach that goal. This presentation will also describe how this knowledge will be used to have XG-PON1 interoperability from day one.
