Spatio-temporal multi-dimensional propagation in negative index materials is analyzed starting from a simple dispersion relation and a cubic nonlinearity. Using fast Fourier-Bessel numerical methods, we show that nonlinearity and/or dispersion management stabilizes solitary wave solutions.
