Abstract

We demonstrate 40-Gbit/s optical data exchange between WDM channels based on second-order nonlinearities in a periodically-poled Lithium-niobate (PPLN) waveguide. Channel-selective data exchange of four WDM signals is shown, which introduces ~4 dB penalty.
