Spin-induced motion of cavity polariton soliton molecules

Abstract

We demonstrate that elliptically polarized polariton solitons can form stable bound states in semiconductor microresonators driven coherently by a linearly polarized pump. They move uniformly provided that the TE-TM mode splitting is taken into account.
