Effect of the Grating Parameters on the Polarization Properties of Uniform FBGs

Abstract

We analyze the grating parameters effects on the polarization dependent loss and differential group delay generated by uniform FBGs. Experimental evolutions are confirmed by simulation realized using the coupled mode theory and the Jones formalism.
