All-optical time-division demultiplexing of a 160 Gb/s signal into its tributary 10 Gb/s channels is demonstrated by four-wave mixing in just a 50 mm length As2S3waveguide exhibiting ultra-high optical Kerr nonlinearity over 2000 W−1km−1.
