Abstract

We demonstrate erbium- and thulium-doped fibre ring lasers mode-locked with a single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNT) operating at normal intracavity dispersion and high nonlinearity. The lasers generate transform-limited picosecond inversed-modified soliton pulses.
