Abstract
A circularly polarization-sensitive optical coherence tomography (PS-OCT) constructed by all-fiber-optics devices is proposed. The use of fiber-optics devices in the circularly PS-OCT can maintain the polarization states in the fibers of interferometer so as to carry the birefringence information of sample precisely. The measured retardations for both samples of quarter wave plate (QWP) and regular glass substrate are 88.78° and in good agreement with respectively. The results are 0.092° the sample specifications.
