Abstract
We demonstrate three-dimensional single-molecule fluorescence imaging beyond the diffraction-limit with a double-helix point spread function microscope. Two molecules seperated 14nm (X), 26nm (Y), and 21nm (Z) are resolved within a field of view of 20×20×2μm3(X×Y×Z).
