High-Speed Nonlinear Harmonic Generation Holographic Microscopy

Abstract

We present three-dimensional images of biological samples using nonlinear optical, holographic microscopy. The femtosecond oscillator operates at a wavelength with low scattering in the sample and its low average power prevents damage to the samples.
