Abstract

We developed a bioorthogonal vibrational imaging platform, by coupling stimulated Raman scattering microscopy with small, vibrant and bioorthogonal tags (e.g. isotopes, C≡C), to probe dynamic metabolism in living organisms with superb sensitivity, specificity and biocompatibility.
