Abstract

The theoretical investigation of spatial resolution, transmission coefficient, field enhancement of scanning near-field optical microscope, operating on TEM wave, has shown that it can be applied in nanoobject spectroscopy, optical data storage and in magnetic data storage with optical assistance.
