Design of a deep subwavelength hybrid plasmonic ring resonator for all-pass filters in the visible spectrum

Abstract

A hybrid plasmonic ring resonator is proposed for all-pass filters. High extinction ratio of 24 dB as well as low insertion loss of 0.44 dB is achieved in the deep subwavelength all-pass filter.
