Abstract

We demonstrate error-free packet-over-WDM transmission using a fast-tunable transmitter and novel packet receiver. The transmitter tunes fine (0.8nm) and wide (~30nm) within 15ns, while the receiver receives unframed packets by bit-synchronizing in 40ns.
